Cowboy Dressage Year End Awards Criteria
Open to all CDW Remuda members competing at recognized CDW shows, with a certified recommended Cowboy Dressage Judge in good standing. (Does not include Learner judge scored shows)
Requirements for ALL Year End Programs
Score sheets (Judges signature side) must be emailed to cowboydressagemedia@gmail.com within 30 days of the conclusion of the show they were acquired from. (Any scores from shows from the 2026 season prior to May 1stmust be submitted by June 1 2026)
Score tracking will be updated monthly on our website.
Remuda Year End Awards
Horse/Rider pair division must be declared in your member profile online. You may pay for additional division, or additional horse tracking as well!
Shows from the calendar year through December 15th will count towards the high point award.
A qualifying team’s top 4 scores per division, received from AT LEAST 2 different judges will be averaged to determine the high scores. (Virtual shows have their own year end awards program)
Mare, Stallion and Gelding Year End High Point Awards
Horse Nomination Fee: $50 per horse to be eligible.
3 Divisions will include: High Point Mare, High Point Stallion, High Point Gelding
Shows from the calendar year, through CDW US Finals in October will count towards the high point award. Awards will be given at CDW Finals awards ceremony.
A qualifying horses top 6 scores, received from AT LEAST 2 different judges will be averaged to determine the high scores.
Scores from any approved CDW Live shows, as well as Official Cowboy Dressage World Virtual shows may be used.
These 3 Awards are also available for sponsorship! Each Division $250 to sponsor, will include the sponsor’s name on awards, website link, and social media post. Sponsors are also encouraged to be present to present them at finals as well! The available awards to be sponsored will be highlighted on the website listing!
Breed High Point Awards
Each Breed Division REQUIRES SPONSORSHIP EACH YEAR to become viable.
Division Sponsorship is $250. It will include sponsors name on the award, Website link on cowboydressageworld.com and social media shout out.
Once a Breed division is sponsored, any horse of that breed can be nominated for $25. Sponsored divisions will be updated on the website.
