I am thrilled to be back at Cowboy Dressage World Finals!  I am riding my mustang, River, again this year in the Riding for the Brand competition.  Some of you may remember River as the horse that got loose and ran to the Rancho Murieta Airport just before the Riding for the Brand Freestyle qualifier in 2019.  I caught him out on the runway, and we made it back just in time for our ride.  We finished the RFTB in second place!

When River and I aren’t doing cowboy dressage, we are doing working equitation.  In the time between the last Cowboy Dressage World Finals and now, I wrote a book that has 101 exercises I used to train River for Working Equitation.  Trafalger Square will be publishing The Working Equitation Training Manual in spring of 2020.

My training business is called HC Equestrian, based out of Indian Hills Ranch in Milpitas,CA.   I am a Cowboy Dressage level 2 clinician and also a working equitation clinician. I love to work with all kinds of horses and people to develop trusted partnerships.
